Cancellations and Appointment Changes

I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, your appointment can be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be waived. Please notify me as soon as possible by emailing hello@esseanaturopathy.com.au.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the full consultation fee will apply.
